Big nail vacuum had a problem, led light stops working. Diagnostics showed power supply problem.
Power supply has two power lines. One constant 36v for led's and one adjusted 36v line for vacuum in one assembly.
No name power supply board contained no named elements without marks.
So we have no opportunity to get correct parts for repair.
Decided to build new power supply to get vacuum back in service as soon as it possible.
And with new power supply vacuum works well!
Fast and cheap repair for our customer.
